Type of Location
Benderloch (9 miles) has the nearest well-stocked village shop selling provisions and newspapers. The shop is also a post office and off licence. The village shop is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 22.00pm. Ledaig Leisure, next to the village shop, stocks a good selection of camping and outdoor equipment.
Oban is approximately 15 miles away and has a wide variety of shops selling everything from gifts and local crafts for visitors, to household goods, clothes, shoes and everyday items.
Number of bedrooms
Five. They are: main bedroom with double bed; twin room with two single beds plus cot; twin room with two single beds; a second double bedroom; and finally a single room. All bedrooms have a wash-hand-basin.
Number of bathrooms
Three. The upstairs main bathroom has a w/c, bath and electric shower. The second bathroom(adjacent to the second double bedroom) has a w/c and bath. The downstairs shower-room has a w/c, basin and shower cubicle.
Linen arrangements
Bed linen is provided with the rental and beds will be made on arrival. Bathroom towels only for use inside the house. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
Cleaning arrangements
The house is cleaned in between handovers, and we ask that you leave it in a reasonable condition.
Arrival and Departure
Arrive from 4pm and depart by 10am. Changeover day is usually Friday. Due to the remote nature of the house, it may not be possible to meet guests on arrival, but we are available locally if needed.

Facilities and equipment
Electric Heating/Radiators, Electric Cooker, Aga, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble drier, Two TVs, DVD player, CD Player, cot, high chair, limited selection of books and toys. £40 of electricity is included in the price.
Mobile phone coverage
There is good coverage for most mobile phones networks at the house.
Suitability for children
Cot provided for babies and children of all ages are welcome. The garden is enclosed and access to the loch is via gate. The stairs are steep so we recommend that all children are supervised.
Suitability for pets
This is a dog friendly house. Well behaved pets are welcome at an additional cost of £20 per dog per week.
