Drawing Room

The property has a large drawing room with an open fireplace and views over Loch Etive. The room is traditional in style with high quality furniture and comfortable sofas but with a TV, DVD and CD players providing modern comforts. French doors lead out into the garden.

Dining Room

The dining room is set off the drawing room and is ideal for guests if they wish to eat formally. The room has views over the loch with authentic ceiling hooks dating from when the room was originally the kitchen.

Kitchen

The property has a large, traditional kitchen with an electric cooker, supplementary Aga, dishwasher and larder fridge. There is a table and chairs, and ample cupboard space for storage.

Laundry / Boot Room

The kitchen also has an adjoining laundry area with a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. It has a large sink and is ideal for drying wet kit after a day outside.

Snug (Children’s Room)

This small room is situated by the front door and is a great place for children to have to themselves. It has a small TV and DVD player and comfortable seating for anyone to relax. A small selection of toys and books are kept here.
